WEEKLY GROUP CLASSES:
Porsha is currently teaching small group weekly "Bellydance Fitness Classes" at her home studio, which is located, in Upper Marlboro Maryland !!
New HOT Salsa Fitness Classes
are now being offered !!
* Each class will consist of nine (9) students
to ensure personalized attention !!
* This is a perfect option for those students, looking for more privacy and personalized attention, while sharing the fun and motivation of getting fit with friends in a small group setting !!!

-COST: $40 (4 wk.cycle/consecutive weeks)

Note: No class will be on "Labor Day"
(Oct 4th will be the make-up day)

Our "Salsa Classes" does not require a partner. Students pair up with classmates when learning
partner steps.
Our "Salsa Classes" focuses more on a work-out format, which includes the
following:
-Health Tips
-Warm-up
-Workout/Technique (working Abs & Cardio)
-Cool-down
This SALSA CLASS is GREAT if you are looking for something different for FUN & FITNESS that you can also take to the dance floor.
